Wedding Day Services

Our “Day-Of” services are designed for the couple who has already planned the details of their wedding, including the rehearsal dinner. These services are really “Month-Of” because after our initial consultation, we’ll provide concentrated assistance during that last month. A professional will implement the wedding day details to ensure that everything runs smoothly and the way you’ve planned, which allows you and your guests to enjoy the celebration.

Services include:

• A complimentary consultation to discuss your vision;
• A visit to your venue for explanation of your plans;
• Guidance on etiquette and protocol;
• A review and confirmation of all vendor contracts for service, timeline, and direction;
• The creation and distribution of a wedding-day timeline for all members of the wedding party;
• Up to two hours assistance at the rehearsal;
• Up to eight hours assistance on your wedding day, beginning two hours before your ceremony is scheduled to begin;
• Supervision and delivery of wedding gifts and keepsakes to responsible party; and
• Distribution of final payments to vendors.
